It’s that time of year again for the
Las Vegas-Clark County Library District’s
art competition, “Over the Rainbow,”
to celebrate GLBT Month

Entries are being accepted on Sunday, May 16 and Monday, May 17 at the Rainbow Library Art Gallery. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards are being supplied by LVGA3 and will be awarded on June 1 at the reception at Rainbow Library.
