There will be a hearing on Friday for AB211, which would amend the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) to include gender identity and expression. In Nevada and across the country ENDA laws prohibits discrimination of workers based on their sexuality and gender identity. It is time these workplace protections extended to gender identity for Nevadans.
