In The Watchmen the character Dr. Manhattan is usually full-frontal naked. I was impressed that it was never commented on in the story, as in, “dude are you gay?” or “dude, I’m not gay, cover your schlong.” Or other homophobic-tinged, male-parts-are-funny jokes typical of mass-media, big-budget movies. But I can’t say it any better than this, so I won’t try.
