Forbes has named Las Vegas the most vacant city in America. (Cue: Obvious double-entendre here.) Most vacant apartments, homes and commercial buildings. Was that a tuft of tumbleweeds that just wafted by on the empty streets of Sin City? Hmmm … Isn’t this the way that cities like Detroit start their downward spiral? That’s it, I’m moving! Oh wait! I can’t because my house is worth less than the paper my mortgage is printed on. Oh, right. (gulp)
