The Nevada Conservation League has put out their report card for the 2007 Legislature. (They don’t have it up on their website yet, but the link gives you an idea of past results.) It’s a nice piece of work the NCL puts out every session and another good measure of our local legislators in the same vein as Natalie’s post about Project Vote Smart.
(And while I’m thinking of it, just want to plug Erin’s NCL blog again. There’s an interesting item about the environmental cost of potato chips that really got me thinking.)
Here’s the results, courtesy of Erin at NCL:
The Assembly Democrats scored 100% The Assembly Republicans scored 92% The Senate Democrats scored 83% The Senate Republicans scored 75% The three "dirty deeds" legislators were Kelvin Atkinson, Mark Amodei and Maurice Washington. The "distinguished deeds" legislators were Sheila Leslie, Dina Titus, David Bobzien, Randolph Townsend, Joe Heck, Marilyn Kirkpatrick, and James Settlemeyer.
