Even though Title X funds already cannot be used for abortions, conservatives are aiming to end all services provided by Planned Parenthood. Only 3% of Planned Parenthood’s services are for abortions, according to their annual report. Clearly, Planned Parenthood does a lot more than abortions — including cancer screenings, STD testing and preventative health care — for the more than 1.85 million low-income women who use their services.
