A while back I posted a notice about the first annual, sex-positive journalism awards called The Sexies. Well, I’m shameless and nominated myself for my Las Vegas CityLife cover story Hot and Bothered. I won first-runner-up in the feature news category. So there you go. And just in case you think this is a chumpy award, I’ll have you know that New York Times and Washington Post writers are winners in this year’s group!
