The UNLV Women’s Studies Dept. is hosting the 7th annual Lunafest Film Festival. Organized by the Jean Nidetch Women’s Center and sponspored by Lunabars, this festival features short films by, for and about women. The event is April 2 starting at 6 p.m. at the UNLV Student Union, 4505 Maryland Pkwy. Tickets are $5. Net proceeds of the event will benefit the Breast Cancer Foundation.
