While I’m not a Hollywood writer, I am still very much in support of the writers’ strike. As a writer myself, I can’t help but feel solidarity with those trying to get a fair shake. And even in journalism, I felt the unfair reality of being the “talent” without being compensated, as certainly others were getting rich and driving porches. (True story.)

So I wanted to pass along the petition circulating. You can sign it and show your support, too. After all, there’s no stories (aka no good TV or films) without the writers.
