When Jon Stewart announced the Rally to Restore Sanity, I had no idea how much I’d be needing some sanity right about now…as we live through early voting, closing in on election day and survive the onslaught of the campaign-season shit storm. Oh my God! I need a wheelbarrow to bring my mail in! I need to teach my daughter “ear muffs” just to watch the nightly news! And the newspapers/blogs, et al…ouch. I could use some sanity right about now.

Enter the Rally to Restore Sanity, broadcast live on Comedy Central. But maybe you would like to get sane with some other “taking it down a notch” types. No problem!
